Story of a Build

This RD400F arrived completely disassembled in several boxes and plastic tubs.

Here is the engine crankshaft, removed from the seized engine.

There was metal debris contamination throughout the engine. Here you can see that the oil passages to the main bearings were completely obstructed.

The crankcase needs to be thoroughly cleaned and then inspected for possible additional damage.
